How to open a perfume bottle?

i want to open my bottle to pour the very same scent. i have the big bottle i received from someone, i can only afford the very small bottle, but that is not the one to spray. it is the touch.....something, the one you put your finger to and then rub on your neck, but i prefer to spray it. so how do i successfully open a perfume bottle? is it possible?How to open a perfume bottle?
