What's that bottle called that you put perfume in and carry in your handbag it's nearly always silver?

It's very small about 3 or 4 cm in length and you put your perfume in it . It has a top which when you press the button releases perfum. It's basically a miniature perfume bottle. Anyone know what it's called? What's that bottle called that you put perfume in and carry in your handbag it's nearly always silver?
It's a minature atomizer. Or some sites call it a travel atomizer. Hope that helps. What's that bottle called that you put perfume in and carry in your handbag it's nearly always silver?

atomizer
its called an atomizer
From what I have heard the first container for perfume in America were known as smelling bottles, they meet your description they were small in comparison to what we use now sort of like samplers and where generally silver and carried in womens handbags. Hope this helps.
In my experience of women - MACE or PEPPER SPRAY!!!
I'm thinking atomizer:)
atomizer?
I think this is a perfume phial as an atomiser can be any size. A phial is a small sized bottle and can be a spray type or a simple non-spray kind. Handbag phials are often produced in silver to make them attractive/pretty for the ladies.
atomiser? can buy from house of fraser
It's an Atomiser.
You'll find that it's called an Atomiser, i sell them in the avon so that's how I know for sure.
